 Booking conditions In order to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our hotel and a careful service to our guests please read the below booking conditions carefully before sending your room booking request. Thank you. 1.) If you are not able to take up the room you booked in advance than please send a cancellation e-mail at least 3 days before the starting date. 2.) In case you would like to reduce your residence time after arriving in our hotel we have to charge one night extra besides your actual residence time. 3.) In case you do not take your room booked in advance but we do not receive cancellation for your room reservation until the above mentioned date we have to invoice one night.
